Started in 1949 as a family dairy business, and in 2020 the sons Theo and Will bought the farm located in Humbird, Wisconsin from their parents and launched an online farm to beef business. Mike Ghazal joined Theo and Will in 2021 and in 2023 they opened Oxtail Market as a retail chain store to sell farm-direct beef to local communities in Wisconsin and Illinois.
We won the Village Libertyville award in 2025 for new notable business. Member of the GLMV chamber of commerce and Mainstreet Libertyville. We have been opened at the Libertyville location since May 2025.
