2025 MainStreet Libertyville Farmers Market Producers Application

The application process starts in January and should be completed by 4-4-25 to sell at the MainStreet Libertyville Farmers Market during the 2025 season. Please download and read the market rules before applying. Applications will be accepted first for existing vendors, and then new applications will be accepted based upon the products offered when compared to the products already offered by our existing vendors. Market Management wants to continue to have a very broad product offering. Questions? Please contact Al Scott, 847-680-0336. Market dates are May 29 and June 5, then followed by June 19 through October 16, 7am to 1pm.

    If you cannot attend the market on any given week during the season, please call the MainStreet Libertyville office at the number below no later than Wednesday of that week. Failure to do so may result in your market spot being changed permanently or even eliminated.

  • **PLEASE NOTE: Please contact the Lake County Health Department at 847-377-8040 to make sure that you meet their requirements. They will attend the first day of market to make sure that everyone has complied with their requirements. They will also contact MainStreet Libertyville prior to the start of market if there is a vendor who needs to be certified that has not yet contacted them. Failure to be certified when needed will result in your failure to sell at our market.

Stall Fee is $360.00 for one stall. Each additional stall is $100 ea. Max 4 stalls.

  1. Complete application. You will be redirected to pay for your stall (s).
  2. Secure proof of insurance and sales tax license
  3. Submit application and payment
  4. Any remaining balance due 5-29-2025

Lake County Health Department can be reached at 847-377-8040. They will attend the first day of market to ensure that everyone has complied with their requirements. You cannot sell at our market if you are not certified.
