Growing with Grace Preschool

Growing with Grace Preschool – an early childhood ministry of Grace Lutheran Church – that offers programming for two to five-year-olds. We teach by using a combination of child-centered and teacher-directed activities and focus on developing the whole child through a variety of hands-on individual and group activities. We utilize a play and theme based, developmentally appropriate curriculum. We develop social skills, self-regulation, and empathy. We build the ability to problem solve through hands-on experiences and develop creativity through exploration of a variety of art materials and styles. Pre-kindergarten readiness skills are taught following the Illinois Early Learning Standards, Handwriting without Tears program, and Bridges math curriculum.
