*Shopper Bonus Program Terms and Conditions:

Receipts for purchases made on Nov. 29 from any non-office businesses in downtown Libertyville qualify for gift certificate award.
Multiple receipts can be used.
The minimum qualifying amount is $200 (yielding a $20 MSL Gift Certificate).
An additional 10% award will be made for every $100 over $200, with a maximum award for $1,000 in qualifying receipts per household (a max of $100 in gift certificates).
To “gross up” dollar amounts to the next $100 level, customers can buy MSL gift certificates. (eg Receipts =$370 + $30 MSL Gift Cert purchase = $400 Total = $40 award
